Great staff and amazing amenities and views of the Palm Jumeriah

Everything is lovely - great design and attention to detail. The main thing is how attentive the staff are. I arrived to the hotel quite unwell and Frida at the front desk was so kind to me and helped me so genuinely - taking me to my room, helping me contact a pharmacy and checking on me later.

the location was dead. you couldn't walk around much except along the boardwalk to see the other large hotels. The vibe of the whole place was 'plasticy', a bit cheap and not very warm. Breakfast was great. The meal in the restaurant was very good.

The surroundings. The design reminded me of the 50s design. Too many colours, different materials, shapes .

Breakfast food was good. Service was terrible by the staff (they decided to take my chair and my son’s plate while I was getting food for my kids!) The management tried so hard but it was too late.My wife got food poisoned by the ceviche at the buffet for lunch and while leaving they were trying to offer us a dinner invite! Seriously?! No thank you!

We chose to return to the W for the Eid break, hoping to recreate the exceptional experiences we’ve had there in the past as a couple. However, this time we came as a family with our four young children, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. What was once a luxurious, enjoyable getaway for two turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal for six.The hotel is simply not family-friendly — not in policy, not in atmosphere, and certainly not in staff training. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that families with young kids are not only an afterthought, but practically unwelcome. The vibe throughout the property caters almost exclusively to adults, particularly those more interested in partying than relaxing — think loud music, intoxicated guests, and an overall environment that is neither safe nor comfortable for children.Basic needs for families — like quiet spaces, considerate service, or even simple kindness from staff — were noticeably lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed, disinterested, and frankly, unequipped to handle children or families at all. There was no warmth, no accommodation, no effort to make our stay easier or more pleasant. It felt like we were intruding on someone else’s party, not paying guests at a so-called five-star resort.What was meant to be a joyful, relaxing Eid break ended up feeling like a complete waste of time and money. We left feeling exhausted, disappointed, and unwelcome. A place that once held great memories for us has now been completely tarnished.Never again. If you’re a family — especially with young kids — steer clear. There are far better options out there that actually value your presence and understand what hospitality really means

We had a wonderful stay at W Dubai, it’s a very nice hotel. The breakfast and dinner are very good. Special thanks to the receptionist guy from Turkey and to the security manager who were very helpful with everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

Everything , the stuff are Superrrrr , the kids club was nice the breakfast was good ,the rooms are clean, the beach was nice and clean. Detail oriented. The hotels is big yet it is designed in away where you can reach all the facilities easily without much walking.

Areas of enhancmentsThe tv doesnt turn off no matter how much I try it turns off and back on.No mini fridge only the mini bar and doesnot cool any new items which is hard for families with kids that may require food at any timeThe pool water temp is a bit cooler than needed in such weather

Great design, comfortable rooms, beach and pools and excelent food

This is a fantastic, modern property located on a beautiful island in Dubai.From the security to the reception, to the gentlemen that park your car, to the cleaning staff, everyone is absolutely fantastic.

I liked everything about the property.

W Hotel is one of the best hotel, I have been. There are various restaurants and a nightclub in the facility which is perfect to spend the night

If there was a spa, it would be better. There are pools which is very good gor chilling but I would prefer to have a swimming pool too.

Very kind and friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, complete and delicious breakfast with very tasty breads, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The only issue I had with the hotel was that I didn’t understand why a five-star international hotel by the beach and pools, especially in such hot weather, wouldn’t provide complimentary water for its guests.

The room was shocking upon arrival. The ceiling was leaking water, and the sofa had an old iron burn mark. This does not

staff are very friendly and accomodating , specially mr.jaizen , his assistant is very good.

I had a wonderful stay at W Dubai – The Palm.Special thanks to the reception lady for her professionalism and kindness, and to Mousa from the luggage team for his dedication and excellent service.The whole experience was outstanding, and this won’t be my last stay at this amazing hotel.

Size of rooms and employees working mostly provided you with anything that you needed

The hotel is genuinly very dark. Didnt really like that and also entered the room to a big hairball on the floor which was very disgusting. They did offer me a different room after i complained but took a while and was too tired to switch since i had arrived at around 10 pm. Breakfast is extremely packed and small and youll have to wait in a long line if you are late.

The breakfast was very nice with a decent variety, though there’s still room for improvement. The location was excellent—peaceful and away from the crowds, yet still close to JBR and major attractions.

The location was fine and the room was clean and the decorations was amazing

The staff were rude and the happy hour was cheap quality, there was nothing to drink and to eat. The room while check in was not ready and we received the room at 5 pm also we didn’t say anything to them about the lateness.While checkout they called us to leave the room at 3 because other customer was waiting for the room. So when we came they gives us the room very late and we didn’t say anything but while check out we have to follow there roles. That’s not fair

Our Stay was Exceptional in This Hotel. The Room was very Tidy and all services were top notch. The Breakfast was Excellent. The sea area was really superb. the Reception Staff, Car Handling, security were really very friendly.
